Tracking & delivery
▸ How do I track my parcel?
Enter your tracking or waybill number on our Track page to see live status updates — from booked and picked up, through in-transit, out for delivery and delivered.
▸ How will I know when my parcel is delivered?
Every shipment is fully tracked with real-time updates. You (and your customers) can follow each stage online, and delivery is confirmed with proof of delivery.
▸ My tracking number isn’t showing results — what should I do?
It can take a short while for a new shipment to appear after booking. If it still isn’t showing, message us on WhatsApp or call the hotline and we’ll check it for you.
▸ Can the recipient reschedule or redirect a delivery?
Yes. Contact our support team with your tracking number and we’ll do our best to accommodate a new time or address where possible.
Booking, pickup & rates
▸ How do I get a shipping rate?
Use the Get an instant rate option to enter your shipment details and instantly see the best available options for your parcel and destination.
▸ How do I book a pickup?
Once you have a rate, enter your shipment details and schedule a pickup. Our team collects from your door at a time that suits you, or you can drop off at a branch.
▸ How is pricing calculated?
Rates are based on the weight, size and destination of your shipment. Larger or heavier parcels and longer distances cost more; you only pay for what you send.
▸ Can I schedule regular or bulk pickups?
Yes. For businesses and high-volume senders we offer scheduled pickups and dedicated support — contact our team to set this up.
Coverage & delivery times
▸ Which areas do you deliver to?
We deliver island-wide across all 25 districts of Sri Lanka, from major cities to rural addresses, with cross-border options for international shipments.
▸ How long does delivery take?
Parcels to major hubs such as Colombo, Gampaha and Kandy are typically delivered next day, with slightly longer transit to remote and rural areas.
▸ Do you deliver on weekends?
Delivery availability can vary by area. Contact our team for the latest schedule for your specific route.
Payments & billing
▸ What payment options are available?
We offer standard payment arrangements for account customers. Contact our team to set up the option that best suits your business.
▸ Do you offer accounts for regular business customers?
Yes. Businesses that ship regularly can set up an account with agreed terms and dedicated support — just get in touch to arrange it.
▸ Will I receive documentation for my shipments?
Yes. We provide clear records and documentation for your shipments so your accounts stay accurate.
International & customs
▸ Can I ship internationally?
Yes. We offer cross-border courier and cargo to destinations worldwide, with express and economy options and full customs support.
▸ Do you handle customs clearance and documentation?
We provide end-to-end support for export and import documentation and clearance, so your shipment moves smoothly at both ends.
▸ What’s the difference between LCL and FCL?
LCL (less-than-container load) lets you share container space and pay only for what you use. FCL (full container load) gives you an exclusive, sealed container — ideal for larger volumes.
Prohibited items & packaging
▸ What items can’t I ship?
Dangerous and flammable goods, perishable and fresh foods, loose powders and liquids, illegal or regulated goods, and cash or high-value valuables cannot be shipped. See our Prohibited Items page for the full guide.
▸ How should I pack my parcel?
Use a sturdy box, cushion the contents, seal all seams with strong tape and label clearly with the address and contact number. Declare the contents accurately.
▸ Is my shipment insured?
Comprehensive insurance options are available to protect your goods in transit. Ask our team to add cover when you book.
